01Challenge
Fotosystem House operates across renewable energy and construction, providing consulting, installation, and maintenance services. The business had been growing steadily, but day-to-day operations still relied on fragmented tools, manual work, and operational know-how held in people's heads.
There was no modern website to present the company's offer clearly and support lead generation. At the same time, internal processes were handled manually, from the first inquiry through quotation and delivery coordination to ongoing customer service. That slowed the team down and made it harder to scale.
The issue was not a lack of demand, but a lack of a coherent system to organize operations and support growth. The team needed two things at once: a professional external website and an internal tool that could automate processes, structure information, and take repetitive work off people's plates.
02Approach
We did not start with the visual layer. We started by understanding how the business actually worked. The key question was not "what should the website look like," but "how does the customer journey run from first contact to service delivery, and where does friction happen today?"
We mapped the full operational flow: inquiry handling, quotation, information handoffs, planning, internal communication, and post-sale customer service. That gave us the foundation to design a solution that would not only look strong, but materially improve how the team works.
The project was divided into two complementary tracks: a new website to professionalize the brand's presence and support service sales, and an internal system to automate repeatable processes and create a stronger operational foundation for growth.
"This was never just about a new website. It was about helping the whole organization run better, every day."
Digitalization designed around real business processes.
03Solution
We designed and delivered two complementary solutions: a new website that clarifies the company's offer and supports lead generation, and a custom internal system that automates operational workflows. Together, they created a more consistent experience both for customers and for the team behind the business.
New website
A website that presents the company's service offering in a clear, credible, and structured way. It supports lead generation while strengthening the brand's professional presence in renewable energy and construction.
Custom internal system
An internal tool designed around the team's real way of working, built to organize information, support workflows, and reduce manual effort across day-to-day operations.
Process automation
Digitization and automation of key stages of work, from inquiry handling and quotation through coordination and internal information flow.
Unified operating environment
Instead of scattered spreadsheets, messages, and manual checklists, the company gained one structured environment that improves process control and reduces handling time.
Ongoing platform evolution
An active development partnership covering further website improvements, expansion of the internal system, and continued process optimization as the company grows.
04Results
The new website brought structure to how the company presents its offer and experience. Instead of a fragmented online presence, Fotosystem House gained a tool that reinforces brand credibility, helps prospects understand the scope of services, and generates higher-quality inbound inquiries.
The bigger shift happened operationally. The internal system and process automation reduced manual work, improved information flow, and made the team's day-to-day execution more predictable. The company gained more than a better website. It gained a better-organized operating model.
"We needed more than a new website. We needed tools that would make everyday work tangibly easier. Storise brought structure to both sides of the business: customer communication and internal processes. The result is measurable growth in inquiries, tangible sales impact, and a system that genuinely helps us work more efficiently."
